Most orders are shipped out the same business day for orders placed Monday thru Friday, paid with a credit card. Orders placed with a check or money order, will not ship until the check is received and funds are cleared. On the rare occasion a product ordered is out of stock, we will inform you promptly through email or a phone call and give you a general time the product will be back in stock.

We ship all domestic packages using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS ground service. Shipping times are generally 5 to 7 days to the east coast and 1 to 3 days on the west coast for ground service. All orders placed after 2 pm pacific coast time on Friday will not go out until Monday or the next business day.

Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise must contact us prior to returning anything for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from date of receipt. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. No Return Authorization Numbers will be given over 30 days. We do not accept returns on T-Shirts or Shaker Cups.

In order for a Return Authorization Number to be given, the product must be unopened.

Your valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label. Once the product is received at our facility, a credit will be issued to your credit card for product only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the rare occasion Psycho Fuel ships a product that is incorrect; you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the package. At that time, Psycho Fuel will have FEDEX or UPS pick up the product that is incorrect and ship a new product out at no additional charge as quickly as possible.
